Service Description

Summer Splits! Join us every Friday in June, July, & August for a 30-minute stretch session focused on your splits! This class will incorporate active and passive stretching to help you get closer to your flexibility goals. You will practice different stretches to help work towards your middle and front splits. Recommended equipment: Mat Yoga Strap Ankle Weights Large Resistance Band (long enough to reach foot to foot around your back)
