Service Description

Cardio Bellydance is an incredibly fun class combining cardio dance, core isolation and traditional belly dance moves. The bellydance skirt creates the weight and energy to motivate the hips and core, keeping you engaged and focused on your movement. This class allows you to be barefoot sexy and FREE! Muscle & Body Parts Activated: Cardiovascular workout, FULL abdominal workout Class Level: This class is considered beginner to moderate based on your cardiovascular conditioning and core strength. Choreography is beginner and can be modified. Class Length: 50 Minutes Equipment: Mat, hip scarf The Diva Approach (AKA Owners Notes) This class is special because it is a shorter class 30 min- enables you to get that cardio blast sweat session in less time. Hip scarf makes the unique creating energy, coin shake and extending that hip movement to your max.
