Urban yoga is a combination of traditional yoga, dance and body weight exercises. The key to the urban yoga workout is the playlist; the playlist inspires the movement to create the experience. The class is a constant connection of movements, flowing together to bring the intensity levels up and down throughout the class. I always consider Urban Yoga more of an experience than a workout. Muscle & Body Parts Activated: This class will targets all muscles groups from your upper body to lower body and everything in between Class Level: This is considered moderate to expert because of the constant cueing and continuous flow of movement throughout the Equipment: Mat & Yourself!
