Service Description

MegaBurn is the ultimate full body workout. It is a combination of intense cardio intervals, weighted squats w/ arm exercises, ending with core work. Muscle & Body Parts Activated: Cardiovascular workout, biceps, triceps, quads, hamstrings, glutes, and concentration on obliques Class Level: Expert Levels & Intense (But don’t be shy!) Class Length: 50 Minutes Equipment: Sneakers, mat, 3-10lbs weight are recommended This class would be considered expert level being one of the most intense classes Dance Fit Diva has to offer. That being said, it is also the class most easily modified for a beginner. Going from high impact cardio to low impact, and concentrating either on upper body or lower body exercises The Diva Approach (AKA Owners Notes) This class is special because of all the available variations of the class being able to modify for your fitness needs and when you're ready build up to full intensity. The upbeat music and instructor keeps you focused on that finish line!
