Stretch sesh is a sensual stretch class that allows your body and mind to realign from your previous workouts and the daily grind life gives us. I have a background in aerial fitness so stretching and flexibility training have always been a staple in my workout regime. The body needs to stretch to maintain optimal condition to stay consistent with your workout regime. Muscle & Body Parts Activated: This class lengths and strengthens the muscles, realigns the body. Any aches or pain are typically gone after I do this class Class Level: This is considered a beginner class with opportunities to increase flexibility to a moderate level Class Length: 30 Minutes Equipment: Mat, blocks The Diva Approach (AKA Owners Notes) This class is unlike any other stretch class because of the sensual aspect- feeding the body’s energy into the next stretch to relaxing music that will take you to a happy place increasing mobility, flexibility and balance.
